You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use an rzzz account. Providing false age or identity information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Each player is permitted one rzzz account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and combined balances subject to review. Shared household accounts require prior written approval from our compliance team.
All promotional bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Default requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Terms are displayed clearly on every active promotion.
Withdrawals require a verified account (KYC). Processing via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets typically completes within 1–10 minutes. rzzz reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.
Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rzzz holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules before any court proceedings.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and rzzz.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform for individual games, bonuses, or promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion only; in all other respects these Terms govern.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms. Note however that account sharing is generally prohibited under Clause 4.
To open and maintain an Account on the rzzz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
rzzz reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension pending compliance review.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the rzzz Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. rzzz employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations; any Account identified as a duplicate will be suspended and the combined balances subjected to a compliance review before any determination on withdrawal eligibility is made.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information current at all times and to notify rzzz promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. rzzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify rzzz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
We strongly recommend that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA), use a unique password not shared with other services, and log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. rzzz support staff will never ask for your password.
rzzz is committed to operating a responsible, compliant platform. Accordingly, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests and at other points determined by our compliance team. The KYC process requires you to submit clear copies of the following:
KYC documents must be submitted through the secure upload facility in your Account dashboard. rzzz will review submitted documents within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with Account information.
Providing false, forged, or altered documents is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law. rzzz will immediately close any Account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation and will report the matter to relevant authorities.
rzzz accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. Accepted methods currently include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
rzzz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees independent of rzzz's control. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the Account settings panel. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days. Decreases take effect immediately. We encourage all Players to use this feature as part of responsible gaming practice.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file in your KYC profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
rzzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed wager. In such cases, rzzz will notify the Player of the reason for the delay within 24 hours and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.
Where a Player has received Bonus Funds, withdrawals of associated winnings are subject to the Wagering Requirement applicable to that bonus being fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

All content on the rzzz Platform — including but not limited to the rzzz brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software code, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of rzzz or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from rzzz.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rzzz's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Clause limits rzzz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
rzzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, involvement in prohibited activities, or a Player's own request for self-exclusion.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, rzzz will process any remaining eligible Balance within 5 business days, subject to KYC being fully completed and no outstanding compliance holds being in place.
Where an Account is closed by rzzz due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at rzzz's discretion if the breach involved fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other serious violation. rzzz will communicate its determination in writing within 30 days of closure.
rzzz is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including self-imposed deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Player data is used for Account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where the Player has opted in. rzzz does not sell personal data to third parties. rzzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rzzz will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required urgently to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rzzz holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the arbitration clause below.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days from the date on which the dispute is first notified in writing. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international commercial arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this Clause prevents rzzz from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm caused by a breach of these Terms.
